Lala Kent steps out with her newborn daughter Sosa in LA – after detailing post-delivery health issues

Lala Kent stepped out with her newborn daughter Sosa in LA on Sunday – weeks after she expressed her baby’s serious health issues following the quick delivery.

The 34-year-old “Vanderpump Rules” star looked casual as she visited the farmers’ market with her family while pushing her five-week-old daughter in a stroller.

Lala wore a cropped blue t-shirt, navy vest and joggers – paired with gray trainers.

Her tresses were styled in a chic half updo and she wore funky sunglasses.

The star is also mother to three-year-old daughter Ocean, whom she shares with her ex-husband Randall Emmett.

Last month, the star revealed on her Give Them Lala podcast that the child’s quick delivery resulted in the baby eventually turning “purple.”

“During my penultimate advance, [my obstetrician] “He stands up pretty quickly and is fixated on the monitor,” she remembers.

She added: “And he opens his eyes to the nurse reading him things that I obviously don’t understand because I’m not a doctor. “And he looks nervous.”

Kent said she asked her doctor if everything was OK, to which the medic replied, “Yes, I just want you to keep going.”

Lala said that her doctor “remained calm” and “didn’t allow” after the mishap [her] know that.’

The reality TV star continued, “She comes out, they put her on my chest and I’m going to hug her – you know, hug my baby – but the way the nurse handles the baby… and she doesn’t cry .’She cries once and then it stops.’

“And my hands are freezing, so I’m like, ‘I’m not touching them because I don’t want to put them in shock,'” the new mom said.

Nurses then began “rubbing her breast” and “sucking things out of her mouth” as it was revealed the newborn had swallowed amniotic fluid.

On the latest episode of her podcast Give Them Lala, the star revealed that the child’s rapid birth resulted in the baby eventually turning “purple.”

She shared with listeners, “For mom, it was great that she came out so quickly because I didn’t have to push as often, but with such a quick birth, she swallowed a lot of amniotic fluid.”

Lala, whose birth name is Lauren, said Sosa “had so much fluid that she vomited all the food she had.”

Then the baby turned “purple” and frightened the nurse, prompting a cry for help.

Kent continued: “Then they bring in a specialist and say, ‘We want a surgeon to look at her because this isn’t normal and we got 10 milliliters of amniotic fluid out of her stomach the first time,’ then we got eight more.” , then we got another one, no matter how many milliliters.”

The story went from bad to worse when she revealed: “And they said, ‘And now we’re letting it out through the nose and it won’t stop.’ And they said, ‘Either we’re going to have child surgery or we want it kept in the neonatal intensive care unit.”‘

Lala began to blame herself for the scary moment as she wondered what she had done differently between her first and second pregnancy. In addition to Sosa, she shares three-year-old daughter Ocean with her ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.

The media personality said she was “beside me” and asked: “What the f***?”
