According to police, the shooting victim drove himself to the hospital

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department are investigating a shooting that left a man suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.

MNPD said the man drove himself to the hospital after being shot in the chest. Police said the man did not tell officers where he was when he was shot.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
