MNS worker brutally beaten to death in front of his parents and wife in Malad; Terrible video interfaces

Mumbai: A tragic incident occurred in Malad where a middle-aged man was brutally beaten by a mob, resulting in his death. Initial reports said the victim was a member of the Maharashtra Navnirma Sena (MNS). The man got into an altercation with autorickshaw drivers in Malad East and the verbal argument soon turned violent.

The video of the fight surfaced online. Viewer discretion is advised.

In the video you can see that the man was brutally beaten in front of his family. In a desperate attempt to protect him, his mother lay over his body to shield him from the angry crowd. His father was seriously injured in his left eye.

The altercation began with a dispute over overtaking between the cyclist and an autorickshaw driver, but it escalated within a short period of time and other autorickshaw drivers also joined the altercation. According to reports, the incident occurred on October 12 and the victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
