Man injured after shooting in Hartford

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) – One man was injured after a shooting in Hartford Sunday night.

According to police, he was shot on Wethersfield Avenue.

The man is in his 30s and is recovering in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Caution tape and several evidence markers were scattered on the ground outside the Athemy supermarket.

The Hartford Police Department’s Major Crimes and Crime Scene Units are investigating the incident.
