Man charged with child abuse in Bulloch, Evans

As a Claxton man awaited trial on child molestation charges in Evans County on Monday, he learned he was wanted on similar charges in Bulloch County. Richard William Foy, 41, of John Todd Road in Claxton, appeared in Evans County court Monday on two counts of aggravated child abuse, aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual assault, according to an indictment filed by the Evans County Clerk’s Office of Courts was received. The charges are public knowledge.
