Woman, 30, stabbed to death at Kalindi Kunj in Delhi

New Delhi:

A 30-year-old woman was stabbed to death in Delhi’s Kalindi Kunj area on Sunday, police said.

The victim was identified as Samina, a resident of Khadda Colony. The deceased’s daughter informed the police when she found her mother unconscious and covered in blood.

According to police, the deceased’s daughter said she had been looking for her mother since yesterday morning. When she couldn’t find her around 3 p.m., she along with her sister and brother went to the first floor where they found her mother bleeding and unconscious.

A case of murder under Section 103 (1) BNS has been registered at Kalindi Kunj police station.

Police said the deceased’s daughter expressed suspicions about a man known to the victim. The police said the accused was a historian.

The police have formed teams to nab the accused.
