The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is responding to an accident involving a car and a beet truck in Huntsville Township.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the intersection of 200th Street SW and 390th Avenue SW in Huntsville Township on Sunday, October 13, for a crash involving a semi-truck and a pickup truck.
The pickup, driven by Aurielle Webster, 34, of East Grand Forks, was traveling north on 390th Avenue SW when it was struck by a beet tractor traveling west on 200th Street SW, driven by Jerry Ragan, 51 of Arkansas. couldn’t give in.

Both Webster and Ragan were taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota, for non-life-threatening injuries.

Responding to the scene included the East Grand Forks Fire Department, Minnesota State Patrol and Altru Ambulance.

The crash remains under investigation and no further information is being released at this time.
