Stabbing victim remains in critical condition – Statesboro Herald

Statesboro police said Monday that a murder suspect injured his estranged wife and fatally stabbed the man she was having a relationship with. According to a Statesboro police incident report, police responded to 3 Hart Lane at 9:29 a.m. Saturday after Bulloch Central 911 dispatch received a call that a stabbing had just occurred. Advanced Patrolman William Dietz and Cpl. Dena Colson found Dennis Randolph Weaver, 42, of Paradise Road in Twin City, at the home and arrested him on murder and aggravated assault charges, Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner said in a news release Monday afternoon.
