Rider flown to hospital after accident during mountain bike competition

VIRGIN, Utah (AP) — A professional mountain bike rider was flown to the hospital Saturday after crashing during a competition in southern Utah.

A Red Bull spokesman said Cameron Zink was injured at Red Bull Rampage, a freeride mountain bike competition in the city of Virgin.

Zink was taken to the hospital by helicopter. His condition has been stable since Sunday.
