Missing 8-year-old found safe, Temple police say

TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) – UPDATE: Temple Police say Max has been found safe.

The Temple Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding missing 8-year-old Max Cordell.

According to police, Max was last seen around 12:45 p.m. on Oct. 13 near the 600 block of Mayborn Drive, walking toward the 600 block of West Walker Avenue.

Max was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, glasses, a black Pokémon shirt, red shorts and red and black shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Temple police at 254-298-5500.
