Kanye West sued for sexual harassment by former assistant

Kanye West‘s former assistant, Lauren PisciottaHe is suing him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

Us weekly confirmed that Pisciotta filed the lawsuit on Monday, June 3. TMZ was first to report. In the lawsuit, Pisciotta sued West, 46, for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and a hostile work environment.

Pisciotta claimed she was hired by West while he was cultivating his Yeezy clothing line. The model also shared that she worked with the rapper on three of his tracks for his album Donda, which was released in 2021.

Before taking the job at West, Pisciotta worked as a content creator at OnlyFans, where she said she earned $1 million a year. After working with West for a year, she claimed he asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and promised to pay her $1 million a year if she did. Pisciotta said she agreed.

After Pisciotta left OnlyFans, she claimed West began sexually harassing her via text messages and phone calls.

“See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard they got fucked while I’m fucking her,” reads one series of message submissions. “Then I want her to cheat on me.”

Pisciotta claimed that West masturbated during their phone conversations and that the musician asked her if she could hear or guess what he was doing. In addition to the explicit text messages and phone calls, she also claimed to have received sexual videos and photos that showed West having sex.

While dealing with West’s alleged behavior, Pisciotta said she was promoted to chief of staff at his various companies and earned a salary of $4 million. Pisciotta was fired in October 2022 but reported receiving a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but did not receive.

Recently, West has been in legal trouble. In addition to Pisciotta’s allegations, West also faced multiple lawsuits for his school, Donda Academy, dating back to April 2023. Several teachers have alleged that the school committed multiple health and safety violations that they say West ignored.

An attorney for West disputed the claims and asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit. “None of this is true and the allegations do a disservice to the current staff and students of Donda Academy, as well as their parents who will attest to their positive experiences,” the lawyer said Gregory Suhr says court documents obtained by NBC News in June 2023.
