Tragic stunt: Teen dies after motorcycle falls off Varanasi bridge |

Varanasi: A youth died in Varanasi when his motorcycle fell from a bridge on the Varuna river during an operation Feat.
Surya Chauhan (21) of Bajardiha area was killed while his companion Makkhan (19) of Khojwa area sustained serious injuries when their motorcycle fell into a nullah after hitting the boundary of a culvert near Puranapul area had met Sarnath Police Police station after midnight. Inspector Sarnath Paramhans Gupta said that during the initial investigation, locals said that around 2.30 am, some youths were racing on various motorcycles when Chauhan failed to notice the wall of the culvert and collided with it.
His body has been sent for autopsy, police said.
In another incident, three persons on a motorcycle were killed on Saturday evening when a speeding truck hit their vehicle near Badka Ghuman under Dramandganj police station in Mirzapur district.
Lalganj district collector Ashok Kumar Singh said that Amrit Kole (32) of Mauganj in Parliament, his wife Ranno Devi (29) and their six-year-old son Anup were killed when the driver of a truck carrying fish lost control of the vehicle lost steering and the vehicle crashed into her motorcycle. The truck later crashed into the partition wall and overturned. Drumandganj police sent the bodies for autopsy and impounded the truck.
