Kanye West’s Assistant: Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant Accuses Rapper of Sexual Assault: Key Details of Lawsuit Revealed

Kanye West’s former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta has taken significant steps to expand her lawsuit against the controversial rapper. Pisciotta originally claimed she was wrongfully terminated for sexual harassment, but now she has expanded her legal claims to include shocking allegations of drug use and sexual assault. These allegations stem from an incident that reportedly occurred during a studio session in Santa Monica, California, as noted in a Rolling Stone report.

Allegations of drug abuse and assault

According to documents obtained by Rolling Stone, the lawsuit concerns a studio session to which Pisciotta was invited along with an unnamed former artist manager.

That session was reportedly co-moderated by Sean Combs, although he is not named as a defendant in the lawsuit and, according to Rolling Stone, there are no allegations of misconduct against him.

Although the exact date of this event has not been announced, the lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of the atmosphere during the gathering.

Pisciotta claims that drinks were served, followed by the disturbing announcement that guests would have to consume alcohol if they wanted to remain at the event.

The lawsuit alleges that the drink served to her was laced with an unidentified drug and states, “Unbeknownst to Plaintiff, the drink served to her was laced with an unidentified drug,” according to one Rolling Stone report says.

After taking a few sips of the drink, which was poured at Kanye West’s direction, Pisciotta reported feeling disoriented and impaired.

Loss of control and memory

As detailed in the lawsuit, Pisciotta described an alarming deterioration in her physical and mental condition after ingesting the drink. She reported a loss of control over her body and speech, which resulted in her being unable to remember the events of the night.

The lawsuit states: “As Plaintiff began to decline into an altered and severely impaired state, she began to feel less in control of her body and speech, and here Plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her.”

The next day, Pisciotta claims, she woke up “physically ill and confused” and plagued by feelings of shame and embarrassment because she could not remember the events of the previous evening. This confusion was compounded by the realization that she had allegedly been sexually assaulted, a fact she only learned years later when West reportedly revealed to her that they had “hooked up” during the studio session.

Disturbing revelation and reaction

West’s revelation about their encounter prompted Pisciotta to confront him about her memory loss. She expressed confusion and said she couldn’t remember anything after their first moments together sitting on a couch in a crowded room. The lawsuit alleges West responded dismissively, laughing and saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

These allegations mark a troubling chapter in the ongoing saga surrounding Kanye West, who has been subject to numerous controversies over the years.
