Kanye West’s ex-assistant files sexual harassment lawsuit

Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta recently filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he sexually assaulted her during a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs. This came after a June 2024 lawsuit in which Pisciotta claimed sexual harassment while working for the rapper and wrongful termination.

Accordingly Page sixPisciotta, who is also a model, amended the June 2024 complaint to include newly discovered information. She claims that while the two were in a studio session, she was given a drink “laced with an unidentified drug” and West was the one who had the drink made for her.

She further claims that after taking the drink, she later felt “less in control of her body and speech.” While she woke up the next morning feeling sick and embarrassed, she was unsure of the details. She became aware of the alleged drug use “much later”.

The former OnlyFans model states that West later told her that they “dated a little bit once,” which confirmed her suspicions. The complaint filed alleges that the confession was a result of West being pressured by his then-wife, Kim Kardashian. The reality TV star had begun claiming that her husband and Pisciotta were having an affair, which led to the “Gold Digger” rapper openly admitting it. West’s former assistant claims she knew she had to quit as soon as she received this information.

“Until that day, until that conversation and the revelation of true facts and the actions taken that night, the plaintiff neither knew nor believed that she was sexually assaulted that night, as the plaintiff only thought she was by a studio assistant, which probably embarrassed himself and then he took the blame,” the file says.

The amended complaint discloses that Pisciotta was fired shortly after the studio session. Before the filing was amended, the former assistant said she was owed $3 million in severance pay. According to Page Six, she was originally paid a salary of $1 million. However, West asked her to delete her OnlyFans page, which earned her an additional $1 million. To make up for the loss in salary, West promised a $2 million raise. Pisciotta claims she never received the money.

Pisciotta claims she often received harassing text messages while working for West.

“See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard they were fucked while I’m fucking her. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one alleged text reads.

West’s former employee also claims she receives private photos from male and female Yeezy employees. The filing also alleges that West masturbated while sitting next to his assistant. He also allegedly became angry when Pisciotta refused his offers of sex.

In response to Pisciotta’s June 2024 lawsuit, West’s team claimed her lawsuit was “baseless.” His team also claims that she tried to make sexual advances towards the 47-year-old.

“Prior to her termination as assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in order to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” West’s attorney said. “She was terminated for lack of qualifications, demanding unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million), and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, clumsy behavior.”

Although Diddy was named in the lawsuit as a co-host of the studio session, he was not accused of any wrongdoing.
