Roya news | Kanye West is accused of using drugs and sexually assaulting a former assistant during a studio session with Diddy

Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West’s former assistant, reportedly filed a lawsuit accusing the rapper of drugging and sexually abusing her during a studio session co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Pisciotta claims that during the studio session in Santa Monica, California, she was served a drink containing an unknown drug, causing her to feel disoriented after just a few sips.

According to her complaint, she barely remembers the night after consuming the drink. The next day she woke up confused and embarrassed because she couldn’t remember the events, leading her to believe she had been drugged.

The lawsuit includes details from a previous wrongful termination lawsuit in which Pisciotta claimed she was exposed to inappropriate messages and explicit content from West before her firing. She initially joined West’s team to help with his Yeezy women’s clothing line and to work on his album Donda.

Pisciotta claims that in a later conversation, West casually referred to the night in question and stated that they had “kind of bonded a little bit.” The comment shocked Pisciotta, who had thought she had simply embarrassed herself at a work event. West reportedly laughed at her memory loss and dismissed her claims, saying, “Women like to say they don’t remember.”

In her amended complaint, Pisciotta expresses feelings of shame and disgust and states that she did not know she was subjected to gender-based violence until West’s comments. Additionally, she recounts an incident in July 2021 when West allegedly forcibly entered her hotel room at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco and attempted to sexually assault her.

Pisciotta claims that after she was promoted to chief of staff, she was fired just a month later and left to struggle with the realization that she had worked for someone who she believed had attacked her. She argues that West lured her back into his professional sphere only to exploit her again.

This lawsuit isn’t West’s only legal problem. He faces a separate lawsuit filed in April 2024 by another former employee who claimed he experienced severe discrimination and harassment while working for Yeezy and at Donda Academy.

Additionally, another former employee recently filed a lawsuit alleging emotional distress, retaliation and labor law violations.
