10 Bhavani devotees suffer injuries in a road accident near Eluru

As many as ten Bhavani devotees were injured in a road accident near Eluru on Sunday (October 13, 2024). The injured were admitted to the district headquarters hospital.

The accident occurred when a car in which the devotees were traveling hit a van on the outskirts of Eluru. A total of 13 devotees from Tuni made their way to Sri Durga Malleswara Swamyvarla Devastanam in Vijayawada.

“The Bhavanis sustained minor injuries and their condition is safe,” said D. Sravan Kumar, deputy commissioner of police, Eluru.
