In June, Lauren Pisciotta sued him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, court documents obtained Page six He claimed he created a hostile work environment by sending multiple inappropriate text messages during her employment. She also accused West of locking her in a room with him and masturbating next to her, among other instances of alleged sexual harassment.

At the time, West responded to the claims in a statement Rolling Stone through his legal representative, who called Pisciotta’s allegations “baseless” and said he planned to file a countersuit.

“She was terminated because she was unqualified, demanded unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, awkward behavior,” the statement said, going on to claim that Pisciotta had West on his birthday Offered sex and sent him “Unsolicited nude pictures.”

Now his former personal assistant has added several new allegations to her lawsuit, including that she was allegedly drugged and sexually abused by West during a studio session in California.

In the updated statement of claim (received from Rolling Stone), Pisciotta said she and an unnamed former artist manager client were invited to the studio session at an unspecified date. Disgraced rap mogul Diddy is said to have co-moderated the session, although he is not named as a party in the lawsuit and is not accused of wrongdoing.

It is alleged that drinks were served everywhere, with “an announcement that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay,” the lawsuit says.

“Unbeknownst to the plaintiff, the drink she was served was laced with an unidentified drug,” it continued. “After a studio assistant poured a few small sips of the beverage at the direction of Kanye West, aka Ye, and then served to her by Kanye West, aka Ye, Plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented.

“As the plaintiff began to enter an altered and severely impaired state, she began to feel less in control of her body and speech, and that is the point at which the plaintiff loses her memories of that night,” it said it further in the lawsuit.

It said Pisciotta woke up the next day “physically ill and confused” and felt “great shame and embarrassment because she could not remember a single detail of her night after the first few sips of her drink” that were served to her West, the lawsuit says.

It wasn’t until years later that Pisciotta said she found out she had allegedly been sexually assaulted after West revealed that they had “hooked up” at the studio session.

She then told West that she had “no memory or memory of that night” and “only remembered the beginning of the night when they sat down on a couch in a room full of people and took a sip of the one drink that “He handed it to her,” the lawsuit claims, adding that West laughed and said, “Women like to say they don’t remember.”

A representative for West did not immediately respond to a request for comment, via Rolling Stone.

News of the amended lawsuit came just days after West was sued by a former employee who claimed the rapper hired him to spy on the Kardashians, follow his wife Bianca Censori and more.

According to a complaint filed on Thursday (October 10) in Los Angeles and obtained by Page sixAn anonymous Michigan man identified as John Doe claimed that the “Flashing Lights” rapper hired him as a deputy campaign manager around December 2022.

Doe further claimed that his role had transitioned to Director of Intelligence, a role in which he allegedly had to conduct “various investigations” against lawyers, those who sued the rapper, as well as his family and loved ones, his ex-wife and current wife.

NME asked West for comment or response.

The complaint also alleged that West asked Doe, who was also referred to as a “fixer,” to keep him “in the news” both internationally and nationally. Doe was reportedly fired after learning of West’s alleged mistreatment at Donda Academy and informing other members of Yeezy leadership about the allegations, which he claimed he was harassed for.
