Kanye West has been sued by a former assistant for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting her at a Diddy party

Controversial rapper Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) is being sued by a former assistant who accuses him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party. The incident occurred during a studio session that Ye co-hosted with Diddy.

In a new complaint, Lauren Pisciotta, who worked with Ye as his assistant from 2021 to 2022, accuses West of sexually abusing her.

In a new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles District Court on October 8, the influencer revealed shocking insider details about Ye and Diddy’s party.

In the filing, Pisciotta claims she was invited to a studio session in Santa Monica, California, years before she began working with the rapper. At the party, she said, “drinks were served to others in attendance, followed by the announcement that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay.”

During the segment, she allegedly accused the rapper of drugging her. In the complaint, she said the drink she was served at West’s request was “laced with an unidentified drug,” and after a few small sips, she became disoriented.

“As the plaintiff began to enter an altered and severely impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and her speech, and that is the point at which the plaintiff loses her memories of that night,” it says it in the new statement of claim.

In the complaint, she further claims that she woke up the next day “physically ill and confused.” She couldn’t remember what happened to her after she drank the drink.

Pisciotta learned years later that she had been physically abused by the rapper when she met the rapper again and he mentioned the night they first met.

During the conversation, the rapper told Pisciotta that they “met once a little bit,” referring to the role.

“Up to this point, right before this conversation, plaintiff [Pisciotta] “didn’t know that she was being subjected to gender-based violence and sexual assault by KANYE WEST aka YE that studio night,” the document states.

In a new complaint, she mentioned Sean as co-host of the event, without accusing the Grammy winner of any serious allegations. Sean is currently in prison for sex trafficking and extortion.

In June, Pisciotta sued the rapper for sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

Ye has not yet responded to this new complaint.
