UPDATE: Child struck by vehicle in Bryantown

UPDATE: The striking vehicle was identified as a white Mercedes-Benz and remained at the scene of the accident. Chief 5A arrived and located the patient alarm. A helicopter was requested. The patient was flown to Children’s National Medical Center.

Bryantown, MD – On October 12, 2024, at approximately 7:13 p.m., emergency responders responded to Leonardtown Rd and Roosevelt Pl for a report of a two-year-old struck by a vehicle. The child suffered trauma to the forehead. The child’s mother was on site. The BayNet will provide updates as provided.
