Kanye West’s former assistant is now suing him for sexual assault

Lauren Pisciotta, a former assistant to Kanye West, has amended a lawsuit she filed against West in June, adding allegations that West sexually assaulted her after she was drugged during a “studio session.” (The meeting in question was on THRapparently co-host of Sean “Diddy” Combs, although the lawsuit does not implicate Combs, who is currently charged with sex trafficking and racketeering, in the incident.)

Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against West several months ago, alleging that he repeatedly sexually harassed her while she was employed by him, sent her sexually explicit text messages and masturbated during telephone conversations with her. West has strenuously denied these previous claims, but has not yet publicly responded to these new claims, which allege he ordered that everyone in the studio session had to drink in order to stay. Quote from the lawsuit: “After a few small sips of the drink, which was poured by a studio assistant at the direction of Kanye West, aka Ye, and then served to her by Kanye West, plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented.” Pisciotta said she was on Woke up the next morning with no memory of the incident and felt a sense of “immense shame and embarrassment.” However, West later told her that she and he “kind of became friends” while she was under the influence of whatever was in the drink.

Pisciotta, who worked as a model on OnlyFans before joining West, says she worked for him from 2021 to 2022. West’s camp, meanwhile, claimed she was the one who stalked him, and a legal representative at the time issued a statement from June saying West would be taking his own legal action against her.
