Country star Brantley Gilbert’s wife gives birth on the tour bus in the middle of the show

Brantley GilbertHis son seems to have been born to be a rock star… because his mother gave birth to him on his father’s tour bus in the middle of the show – before Gilbert ran back on stage and ended the show.

The country singer-songwriter posted a video on his Instagram Friday night from his show in Tupelo, Mississippi, revealing that he wanted to perform his show before leaving the stage due to an emergency.

The camera follows BG backstage… and into his tour bus, where it shows his wife, amberThey are holding their new baby, who was apparently born on the bus.

Gilbert immediately calls his mother to tell her the good news…he praises his wife before telling Mama Gilbert that he has to finish the show – and returns to the stage to thousands of cheering fans.

When he reaches the microphone, he raises his arms in triumph… and tells everyone, “We’ve got a baby!” The rest of the video shows stills of the baby and other band members congratulating him.

Brantley and Amber announced back in May that they were expecting another child … and posted the news on Mother’s Day this year while holding the sonogram.

The couple has three children together: six years old Barrettfive years old Braylenand the newborn, whose name the couple has not yet revealed.
