Kanye West is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting former assistant at a party with Diddy

A former associate of the musician and fashion designer formerly known as Kanye West accused the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party he hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs, among a host of others serious crimes, including sex trafficking.

Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as the musician’s assistant between 2021 and 2022, claimed that the incident occurred years earlier at an unspecified time.

In an amended complaint filed Oct. 8 in a Los Angeles court, Pisciotta claims she was invited to a meeting at a recording studio in Santa Monica co-hosted by Combs, along with a musician with whom she was working together at the time.

In the studio, according to legal documents obtained by The IndependentGuests were told that “everyone must drink” when drinks were served or they would have to leave. The suit describes the drinks as being “poured toward the west.”

Pisciotta says that shortly after drinking at the party, she began to “lapse into an altered and severely impaired state” and woke up the next day feeling “physically ill and confused.” The musician with whom she attended the meeting “could not bring herself to talk about what she was going through,” the lawsuit says.

The former assistant, who sued West in June for wrongful termination and other sexual assault cases, added in the amended statement of claim that she did not become aware of the alleged assault in Santa Monica until years later, when she was working for West, which legally changed his name to Ye in 2021.

According to the lawsuit, the alleged disclosure did not occur until years later. Pisciotta claims that during her employment, West spoke out about an unnamed woman, described as West’s ex-wife, a reference to Kim Kardashian, making a negative comment that suggested the rapper and Pisciotta were intimate had been.

In the lawsuit, Pisciotta claims she wanted to send Kardashian a message that this was untrue.

West then allegedly claimed, “We met a little bit once” and recounted the alleged party in Santa Monica.

When Pisciotta said she couldn’t remember what happened that night, Ye allegedly replied, “Women like to say they don’t remember.”

The lawsuit also accuses Ye of failing to pay Pisciotta a reported $4 million in salary, engaging in sex trafficking, repeatedly pressuring Pisciotta for sexual intercourse, sitting on her naked in a hotel room, and sexually assaulting her in the bedroom on a private jet while he masturbated and offering Pisciotta to an employee as a sexual “gift.”

“She could not bear the fact that she was working for the man who had sexually abused her against her will while she was drugged, and who then successfully lured her back with a work opportunity to sexually assault her again abuse,” reads the lawsuit, which accuses West of leaving Pisciotta with anxiety and PTSD.

The complaint also alleges that West forced Pisciotta to cancel her lucrative OnlyFans page “so that she would be entirely dependent on him and the salary he provided,” part of a pattern in which West allegedly used resources from his Yeezy fashion empire used to send generous gifts to partners and maintain control over the people around him.

The Independent has reached out to representatives for West and Combs for comment.

In response to the initial lawsuit in June, Ye representatives accused Pisciotta of extortion.

“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will file a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively sexually pursued him to obtain employment and other material benefits, and then engaged in extortion and extortion when her advances were rejected,” one said The rapper’s legal representative saidThe Independent at the time.

West’s team said she was terminated because she was unqualified for the position and asked for unreasonable amounts of money, allegedly asking for an annual salary of $4 million. They also accused her of “lewd, clumsy behavior.”

The rapper’s team also said she “demanded money and material items, namely Hermes Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and an endless quest for plastic surgery.”

Combs is also accused of misconduct.

He was arrested in September on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges and faces numerous lawsuits accusing the mogul of sexual abuse and exploitation.

Combs, 54, has firmly denied all allegations made against him.
