Kanye West’s former assistant feared she would be “silenced, blacklisted and retaliated against” if she went public with her claims that he drugged and sexually assaulted her.
The 47-year-old rapper is alleged in a newly amended lawsuit by former employee Lauren Pisciotta to have given her a drink “containing an unidentified drug” with Sean “Diddy” before an alleged assault at a music session in Santa Monica, California. Combs, 54, who is in prison in New York awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Her legal filing states that she allegedly had to be “extremely careful” about how she distanced herself from Kanye after the alleged incident, as she feared she would be “silenced, blacklisted and retaliated against.” would if she spoke about her belief that she had been drugged and assaulted.
She claims in her lawsuit, originally filed in June and then updated with her assault allegations, that she was never paid the $3 million settlement she was allegedly owed.
In the filing, the OnlyFans model also spoke about allegedly receiving vulgar text messages from Kanye on multiple occasions.
She also claimed to have received intimate photos from “current and former” employees of Kanye’s, who were both “men and women.”
Kanye’s lawyers had previously called Lauren’s allegations “baseless.”
They told Page Six in June that the model had “sexually pursued” the rapper to “extort employment and other material benefits.”
The lawyers also claimed that Lauren blackmailed Kanye when “her advances were rejected.”
They said: “Prior to her termination as assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in order to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.”
“She was terminated for lack of qualifications, demanding unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million), and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, clumsy behavior.”
