Wolves star Austin Abrams talks about his experiences working with George Clooney and Brad Pitt; Says: “They’re super warm guys.”

Austin Abrams talks about his experience working with George Clooney and Brad Pitt on the latest Apple TV+ release, “Wolfs.” While the actor’s role in the film adds to the comedic elements, not much thought was given to his interactions with two of Hollywood’s veterans either.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Abrams revealed that he hadn’t even considered working with Pitt and Clooney in a film when he started his career.

Sitting down for an interview with the media outlet, the young actor recalled that he received a warm welcome from the Oceans duo. He elaborated: “It would have been if I had had the courage to think about it, or the audacity to believe it was possible.”

Abrams further added, “I don’t know who it wouldn’t be with. It’s crazy to be able to do that, to work with these two guys whose work I’ve loved for so long.”

As for Abrams’ role in the action comedy, he is described as a child who died of a drug overdose. However, when Clooney and Pitt try to get rid of the body by dumping it in the back of the car, the boy opens his eyes and claims he is alive.

Continuing the conversation with the entertainment portal, Abrams shared the details of his role by explaining: “The character is naive and feels like a person who lives very honestly, maybe doesn’t think about things so much and in return something “Understands.” He put himself in a situation where he was actually just trying to help someone.”

He added that his character “encounters these guys that at first he’s scared of and intimidated by, and then he starts to get more comfortable and feel like they’re on his side a little bit more.”

While Clooney and Pitt have had a good friendship for years, as the duo worked together in the Ocean trilogy and off-screen, they share a brotherly friendship.

As for Abrams, who played an important role in the film and in the scenes with the other two actors, he had quite a sarcastic energy on set and during filming and fit in well with the group.

The young actor shared, “They’re super warm and welcoming guys, which was really helpful in making us feel comfortable.” “Wolfs” is available to stream on Apple TV+ and has been released in select theaters.
