Kanye West is accused by ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta of drug use and sexual assault at the Diddy party

Kanye West is accused by ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta of drug use and sexual assault at the Diddy party

Kanye West allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted his former assistant at a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to California court documents.

The legal documents received from the New York Postwere filed on October 8 by Lauren Pisciotta – who worked as the rapper’s personal assistant from 2021 to 2022.

Years before her employment with West, Pisciotta said she and the musician met during a party with Combs at a Santa Monica music studio, where West allegedly told guests they had to drink or leave the gathering.

After taking a few sips, she “suddenly felt disoriented … and began to enter an altered and severely impaired state,” Pisciotta’s filing states.

The former assistant said she couldn’t remember what followed and described feeling “ashamed and embarrassed.”

After West fired Pisciotta, the rapper reportedly confessed that they “hooked up” at the event. However, according to legal documents, she was “too traumatized and distraught to talk about the night.”

The drug and sexual assault allegations are part of an existing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit that Pisciotta filed against West in June. She previously accused the rapper of terminating her employment after he sent her non-consensual sexual texts and videos.

In June, West’s lawyers called the lawsuit “baseless” and claimed she was blackmailing the rapper while speaking to him Page Six.

Days after Pisciotta’s first trial, singer-songwriter Niykee Heaton took to Instagram Live to make her own allegations against West and Combs, who she said sexually assaulted her in a music studio. Heaton also claimed she saw West attack Pisciotta that night.

West has not yet publicly acknowledged Pisciotta’s recent allegations. The controversial musician is reportedly staying incognito in Tokyo while working on a new album. According to music journalist Touré, West, who is worth around $400 million, lives as an “upper-class homeless man” in a single hotel room in the Japanese city.
