Long Island residents report picturesque fall foliage

MASSAPEQUA, NY (CBS, KYMA/KECY) – Long Island residents reported beautiful fall foliage on Saturday, October 12, as a cold front moved through the area.

Footage taken by Dan Fliller shows a swan gliding over Massapequa Lake, where it was watching the sunrise Saturday morning.

According to foliage researchers, area residents can expect to enjoy fall colors throughout the rest of October.
