According to a new lawsuit, Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant at a party with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as West’s personal assistant between 2021 and 2022, alleges in court documents that years before she was hired, West invited her and her former musician client to a meeting at a Santa Monica music studio that West and Combs co-hosted.

According to a New York Post report, Pisciotta claims West told everyone at the party they had to drink or leave, and after taking just a few sips, she “suddenly felt disoriented… and began to slip into an altered state.” “and highly impaired condition”.

Pisciotta, a former OnlyFans model, said the next day she couldn’t remember the previous night’s events and felt “ashamed and embarrassed.”

The lawsuit further claims that her unidentified musician client was “too traumatized and distraught to talk about the night.”

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The lawsuit alleges that although Pisciotta believed she had been drugged, she suspected that a studio assistant or another person who prepared the drinks may have been responsible.

The New York Post report said the revelation of what allegedly happened occurred shortly before West’s termination of her employment.

The lawsuit alleges West made the confession while complaining that his ex-wife had made a negative comment about Pisciotta, with whom the ex believed West had cheated.

West offered to text West’s ex to clarify that nothing inappropriate had happened, and allegedly dissuaded her by admitting, “We kind of dated a little bit at one point,” the report said.

According to the lawsuit, West then continued to recount details of the night he “became friends” with Pisciotta. – what she told him she couldn’t remember. West allegedly responded with a snide laugh and said, “Women love to say they don’t remember,” the report said.

The new allegations were made Tuesday as part of Pisciotta’s ongoing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West. The initial allegations accused West of sending inappropriate text messages, sharing sexual fantasies with Pisciotta and sending her explicit photos and videos of him with other women.

It also alleges that West once locked himself in a room with Pisciotta and masturbated next to her before falling asleep, the report said.

Pisciotta further claims that West promised her a million-dollar severance package when he terminated her employment in October 2022, but that she never received the money and continues to owe a portion of her salary.

West’s legal team had previously dismissed the lawsuit as “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of trying to blackmail the rapper, according to a statement to Page Six in June.

A representative for West has not yet commented on the latest developments.
