Kanye West is accused of drugging and sexually abusing his former assistant

Pisciotta claims West ordered her a drink. She reportedly felt disoriented and lost control of her body and speech.

The next morning she was suffering from illness and great embarrassment, and her memories of the events during the studio session were unclear.

The filing said Pisciotta “could not remember, and certainly was not aware, that any type of sexual assault had occurred to her or her former client” and she was “more concerned” about whether she would hide in front of her client or had embarrassed himself in front of West.

According to the complaint, she only later learned of the alleged assault from West himself, who confessed to “having sex with her” that night.

The attack reportedly occurred while West was still married to Kim Kardashian, whom he married in 2014 and later divorced in 2022.
