Criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges against man known to Greenwich police

Greenwich police responded to the city’s west side around 10 p.m. on Oct. 3 for a report of a verbal altercation.

During the course of their investigation, police determined that 27-year-old Carlos Molina was involved in an altercation in which he damaged a victim’s property and attempted to force his way into his room.

Molina was charged with Criminal Mischief 3 and Disorderly Conduct.

His bail was set at $25,000, which he failed to post, and he was assigned a court date the day after the incident.

Molina has numerous cases pending in Stamford Superior Court related to arrests in Greenwich, including possession of a controlled substance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper entry/exit on a restricted-access highway and failure to obey an officer’s signal after a Incident on March 4, 2024.

There are also charges of breach of peace 2, disorderly conduct, illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while suspended/alcohol for an incident in Greenwich on August 19, 2024.

He is due back in court on November 12, 2024.
