Canterbury: Two men released on bail after man dies in stabbing

Two men have been released on bail after being arrested in connection with a fatal knife attack in the city center.

A man in his 20s was found on Canterbury High Street High near the junction with St Margaret’s Street at around 11.30pm BST on Thursday and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Of the four men later arrested, two were released on bail until January 9 and 10, 2025.

Kent Police said the other two men remained in custody as the investigation continued.
