Nevada County Police blotter: Caller reports man breaking tree branches after losing a few rounds of blackjack | News

2:59am – A 911 caller from Candy Lane reported an unknown number of people moving from room to room in her home. The reporting party said that they were possibly friends of their colleague. Dispatch said the reporting party sounded confused. The reporting party later stated that her colleague came over to have ice cream with the reporting party and invited friends over after the reporting party went to bed. The reporter stated that the person would not look at her or speak to her.

5:28am – A 911 caller from Sutton Way reported that Hospitality House told her two days ago that she was not allowed to park on Sutton Way to eat her ice cream. Dispatch said the reporting party was very upset about this and requested a call back.

7:50 am – Sutton Way Security reported that a male subject who had threatened him was on the property and refused to leave the property. The reporting party requested removal of the individual for trespassing. Dispatch then received a 911 call from the other half asking what to do since he didn’t know if he would be officially asked to leave.

8:08 am – A Eureka Street reporting party reported that she was scammed yesterday by a male subject who claimed to work for PG&E and she believed that law enforcement was looking for him. When called back, the reporting party said that they had fallen in love with a slick salesman and that it was not a scam. She said she would contact the company to cancel the service. Dispatch advised the reporting party that they would attempt to contact the seller to inform them of municipal regulations restricting advertising.

12:19 p.m – A Mill Street reporter reported his tenant behaved aggressively, slamming doors and blowing leaves at the reporter when he attempted to show off his other rental property on the same property. The reporter stated that he believed the tenant was escalating his behavior.

7:39 p.m – An Alta Street reporting crew reported a male subject riding his bicycle in the middle of the street into oncoming traffic.

11:12 p.m – A caller from Bank Street reported that a male subject who lost a few rounds of blackjack became upset and was breaking tree branches.

12:15 a.m – A 911 caller from High Street reported that a male subject was going through the caller’s trash and attempting to enter his backyard.

2:14 p.m – A Broad Street reporter reported that a customer who had been drinking was causing a verbal disturbance to other customers.

9:01 am – Perimeter Road CHP reported loose livestock near the listed address.

12:19 p.m – A Discovery Way reporter reported that a large white wolfhound with a collar was loose and walking around the listed address.

12:51 p.m – A Rough and Ready Highway reporting crew reported that a male subject was walking on the road, yelling and running toward passing vehicles.

2:30 p.m – A reporter from Pine Valley Place requested a call back regarding ongoing problems with dogs running loose.

4:28 p.m – A reporting officer from Harmony Ridge Road reported Caltrans stole two more traffic cones.

4:51 p.m – A reporting party from Purdon Road reported that her neighbor just had pit bull puppies and the reporting party had received information that the dog owner was mistreating the puppies. The reporter reported that a female had murdered all eleven puppies the night before.

10:52 p.m – A 911 caller from Meadow View Way reported two trucks parked in front of the vacant home above him. The reporting party stated that he could see people walking through the property and now onto his property near his fifth wheel. The rapporteur said that prosecution had to happen now, otherwise he would start killing people.
