45-year-old Kunkletown man charged with sexual exploitation of a minor

A Monroe County man has been charged with child sexual exploitation.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, 45-year-old Ivan Nicholas Baez of Kunkletown was charged with three counts of this offense on Tuesday, October 1.

According to the indictment, Baez allegedly forced an underage victim to produce three different visual depictions of sexually explicit behavior in February and May 2024.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jenny Roberts. The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office investigated the case along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Pennsylvania State Police.
