Car-pedestrian accident in North Las Vegas results in serious injuries

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – North Las Vegas police are investigating a car-pedestrian accident Friday evening.

According to NLVPD, the accident occurred at Cheyenne Avenue and Civic Center Drive around 7:30 p.m.

According to police, a pedestrian who was hit was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Eastbound Cheyenne Avenue, east of Civic Center Drive, is closed while police investigate this accident.
