A 13-year-old boy has been arrested for stabbing and stabbing a Brooklyn teenager during an after-school fight

Officers arrested a 13-year-old boy for slashing another teenager during an after-school fight in Brooklyn, police said Friday.

The teen is charged with assault and weapons possession stemming from the fight on Roosevelt Pl. near Atlantic Ave. in Brownsville on Thursday at 3:45 p.m.

The Daily News is not publishing the teen’s name because of his age.

His victim, also 13, suffered deep stab and cut wounds to his back during the fight, the police said. The two are enrolled in different schools.

The victim attends the Eagle Academy for Young Men in Ocean Hill, a boys’ school on Herkimer St., about a block from where he was attacked, police said.

The victim was arguing with his attacker and several other students when he was slashed. EMS rushed the child to Brookdale University Medical Center, where he was treated and expected to recover.

The police arrested the stabber at the scene without any incidents, the police said. He is being charged as a minor, the prosecutor’s office confirmed.
