Serious truck-motorcycle accident in Carver, MA, Friday – NBC Boston

A motorcyclist was critically injured and a teenager was seriously injured in a truck accident Friday afternoon in Carver, Massachusetts, authorities said.

According to Carver Fire, Police and Emergency Services, the accident occurred at the intersection of Meadow Street and Rochester Road around 4:45 p.m.

The motorcycle’s driver was taken to a local hospital, while her minor passenger – whose age was not provided – was flown to a trauma center, authorities said. Neither has been publicly identified.

The truck driver, who was not injured, remained at the scene, officials said.

They did not provide further details about the circumstances of the crash, which were still being investigated on Friday evening.
