Sphere’s first EDM headliner spans eight dates | Cats | Entertainment

It started as a rare, one-off show at the Sphere. Now it’s the bulbous wonder’s first EDM residency.

Afterlife’s “The End Of Genesys” featuring EDM star Anyma has extended the previously announced date of December 27th to 31st and January 1st to include January 10th to 11th.

Incidentally, Sphere’s eight EDM shows represent a residency run. On Friday, the full line-up of talent joining Anyma, the solo project of DJ and producer Matteo Milleri, was also announced. Tiesto, Adriatique, Amalie Lens, Camelphat, Charlotte De Witte, Dixon, Mike Dean, Rampa, Sebastian Ingrosso, Argy, Cassian, Kevin De Vries, Chris Avantgarde, Rebuke, Layton Giordani, Massano, Parisi and Script are the announced artists.

Tickets start at about $200 and go up to about $2,000 at TicketMaster.com.

Milleri is half of the Italian music production and EDM duo Tale of Us. Milleri is also co-founder of Afterlife Records. NYE is his debut in Las Vegas.

Famous for blending music, technology and art, Anyma is celebrated for the albums “Genesys” and “Genesys II” as well as groundbreaking live shows.

The artist says: “Anyma is my creative self-expression that combines music, art and immersive realities to explore the next phase in the realm of consciousness.” Physical and digital creations merge into a unique, illuminating field of experience: ‘Genesys’.”

Afterlife is proud to evolve into a “multidimensional platform for groundbreaking artists and visually stunning installations,” according to a press release announcing the show. Special guests are promised. Anyma has previously collaborated with top EDM artists such as Grimes, Sevdaliza and CamelPhat.

The Afterlife shows have been played all over the world. The EDM events were held at venues such as the Roman Theater of Orange in France, the Parc del Forum in Barcelona, ​​the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, the Caja Magica in Madrid, the La Defense Arena in Paris, the Miami Marine Stadium during Miami Music Week and the Estadio Akron in Guadalajara and San Siro Hippodrome in Milan. The 2023 New Year’s show took place at the Hippodrome Chile.

“The End Of Genesys” fills a spot at the Sphere during the Eagles’ break from the venue. The legendary rock band is free from December 13th to January 13th, 2019. 17.
