It’s been more than three years since Esmé Bianco first came forward with allegations of abuse by Marilyn Manson, joining a chorus of women speaking out against the rocker. Now Bianco is still calling for charges against Manson. The game of Thrones star criticized Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón for not filing charges in an Oct. 10 press conference while appearing alongside Gascón’s challenger Nathan Hochman. “I am one of over a dozen women who have come forward publicly, at enormous personal risk, to provide evidence of how Marilyn Manson sexually abused them,” Bianco said, per Deadline. “We are all still waiting for answers.” The night before, Gascón’s office released a statement saying it would continue to review the case against Manson, claiming “new evidence has emerged in recent weeks.” Bianco called it a political move. “It was only when he knew I was going to stand up and publicly demand answers while sitting at the podium with his political opponent that he attempted to make a statement,” she said. Bianco also claimed that Gascón refused to meet with her about the case, while Gascón said in his statement that “it would be inappropriate for him” to meet with Manson’s accusers.

Bianco claimed Manson first physically and sexually abused her in 2009 and said the abuse continued until 2011. “He deserves to be behind bars for the rest of his life,” she told the Cut, adding that she had spoken to the FBI about an investigation. She filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Manson in July 2021, claiming he raped and abused her. Bianco and Manson later settled the lawsuit in January 2023. Her lawyer said at the time that she solved the case “to move on with her life and career.”

Manson performed this summer for the first time since 2019, touring with hard rock band Five Finger Death Punch. He is releasing his first album since 2020, An Assassination Under God – Chapter 1on November 22nd. “I have received death threats while my abuser continues to make public appearances,” Bianco said in a statement supporting Hochman.
