Three injured in single-vehicle accident in Saco

SACO – On October 10, at approximately 6:44 p.m., the Saco Emergency Communications Center received multiple 911 calls regarding a single-vehicle accident in the 500 block of Ferry Road.

Responding to the incident, the Saco Police Department and Saco Fire/Rescue located a white Mercedes-Benz sedan that had crashed into a wooded area after apparently losing control while traveling west on Ferry Road.

The vehicle had crashed into several large trees.

There were three people in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

First responders provided medical aid at the scene before Saco Fire/Rescue transported the occupants to the trauma unit at Maine Medical Center in Portland for further treatment.
