“Fortunately, after many scans and examinations, we know that I have no health problems.

“After speaking at length with my family and friends, I took the health crisis as a warning signal to slow down a bit and have decided to limit my work to weekdays for the time being.”

Carol was heartbroken as she stepped down from her role at LBC as she continued: “It pains me to have to do this but I have decided not to continue with my Sunday show on @LBC.”

“I’m tired of having to make this decision because the show was really lively and a total joy, with so many new callers from all over the country and a growing number of listeners.”

“The good news is that I will still be part of the LBC family from time to time (they are a good family) – so stay tuned for more details.”

“In the meantime, I will continue to cause trouble and continue to tune in to LBC.”

She thanked the fans and team at LBC for their support, adding: “Thank you again for your exceptional support and to all my new friends at LBC – you’ve been amazing.”

“I will continue to cause a lot of mischief and denounce corruption and wrongdoing – it won’t stop, but for now a slightly less hectic chapter begins. ‘I love you ❤️❤️’.
