GXO Logistics is working with financial advisers to explore a possible sale, Bloomberg’s Crystal Tse, Aaron Kirchfeld and Kiel Porter report. The company began considering its options after receiving interest from potential buyers, according to people familiar with the matter. No final decision has been made yet GXO can choose to remain independent. Shares of GXO Logistics are up nearly 11% in premarket trading.
