At least three people have died in an accident involving several vehicles and a passenger bus in Lviv Oblast

At least three people were killed and 35 others injured, including six children, in a car accident involving a passenger bus, a Nova Poshta truck and other vehicles in Lviv Oblast on October 11, Governor Maksym Kozytskyi said.

The wounded were being treated and had injuries of varying severity, Kozytskyi said.

The accident occurred near the village of Chishky, about 80 kilometers east of the city of Lviv.

The passenger bus, which bore the logo of the popular transport company FlixBus, was traveling from Warsaw to Odessa, Kozytskyi said.

The incident is being investigated by law enforcement, he added.
