One dead after crash on US 151 in Sun Prairie

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (WMTV) – One person is dead in an overnight crash Thursday in Sun Prairie, according to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.

According to Sun Prairie Police, who assisted DCSO with the incident, the call came in around 10:45 p.m. Thursday. As of 1:45 a.m. Friday, the scene is still active.

DCSO reports only one vehicle was involved and no one else was injured.

All southbound lanes on US 151 are currently closed between W Main St and Reiner Rd in Sun Prairie.
