Taghkan men charged with possession of child pornography | Hudsonvalley360.com

John R. Vogt, 74, and Mark T. Vogt, 45, of Taghkanic, were each charged Wednesday with three counts of obscene sexual conduct of a child under 16, a Class E felony.

After receiving a tip, state police investigators determined that John Vogt and Mark Vogt were both in possession of child pornography, police said.

Both have been issued appearance tickets to the Taghkanic City Court and are scheduled to appear on November 7th.
