One person killed, one in custody after shooting in Price Hill

CINCINNATI (WXIX) — One person was killed in a shooting in Price Hill on Thursday.

According to Cincinnati police, the victim was an 18-year-old male. The shooting happened in the 2800 block of W. 8th Street around 7:30 p.m

The homeowner called police to report the shooting. The victim was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

According to police, a suspect was in custody.
