Apple Store employees in Maryland file union election petition

Workers in a Maryland Apple The company filed a union election petition with the National Labor Relations Board on Thursday as organizing continues at the tech giant’s locations.

More than 70% of the 59 employees who work in retail, repair and other areas at the Apple Store Bethesda Row have signed union cards and are represented by the Communications Workers of America, the union announced.
