The family of the deceased has not filed a complaint yet, but Bishnoi said an investigation would be initiated in the case based on the suicide note and the unnamed employee would be identified.
TOI’s efforts to reach Jodhpur Municipal Corporation (South) Commissioner T Shubhmangala for comment on the matter were unsuccessful as she initially did not respond to calls on her phone and later it was found that her phone was switched off .
JMC (South) mayor Vanita Seth, however, claimed that the entire Devnagar area, where the deceased claimed to own two properties, was disputed land. She said she had asked for the files on the two attacks and would examine the matter for specific details on Friday.
