Tylan Moore faces drug trafficking charges following a police pursuit in Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A man was arrested after leading Huntsville Police on a chase early Thursday morning.

According to Huntsville Police, officers said they initially responded to the area of ​​Holmes Ave. and Woodson St. were alerted to a shots fired alarm and received a description of the suspect from witnesses in the area.

While at the scene, officers then confirmed details about the suspect’s vehicle and the shots fired to citizens in the area.

Police said no victim was found, but a vehicle was located on Clinton Ave. and Woodson St. were found.

Officers said they then attempted to stop the vehicle containing the alleged suspect as it entered northbound Memorial Parkway.

The pursuit then began at Kroger in Moores Mill, where Huntsville Police were able to arrest the suspect. The following items were found in the suspect’s vehicle:
