Three people have been arrested in car break-ins in the Phoenix area, according to Gilbert police

GILBERT, Ariz. – Three people, including two teenagers, have been arrested in connection with a string of car break-ins across the valley.

Gilbert According to police, it is 18-year-old Elijah Saenz San Tan Valleyand two 17-year-olds Mesawere arrested on October 8th.

“Numerous firearms and stolen property were recovered at the time of the arrests,” police said. “The Gilbert Police Department is committed to keeping our community safe and holding criminals accountable. This investigation is ongoing and currently involves seven different Valley agencies.”

Saenz was taken to jail and faces 16 counts Burglary charges as well as multiple counts of criminal damage and weapons-related misconduct.
