Blood Manor will bring terror to Stamford this month

Halloween is just around the corner. If you want to get in the mood, we have the ultimate spooky experience for you.

Downtown Stamford is getting scared at Stamford Town Center. It’s called Blood Manor – New York’s most popular haunted house attraction.

“It’s very cathartic to scare other people when I’m scared 90% of my days,” says Blood Manor actress Jenny Maso.

The actors really get into the role.

“It’s like the best job ever. I mean, you come in, put on a new face every night, and then you can just scare people to get a paycheck. “It’s kind of a dream come true,” says Blood Manor actress Nikki Neurohr.

“It’s just fun to dress up and do something, I don’t know what doesn’t suit you,” says Blood Manor actor Gabe DeRose.

Blood Manor is a 10,000 square foot haunted experience with a maze of themed rooms and eerie corridors carefully crafted to exploit your darkest fears.

“It’s hardcore makeup, it’s 3D effects, it uses animatronics in ways you just can’t imagine,” Maso says.

“I think people are just dying to be afraid, for lack of a better word,” Neurohr says.

Blood Manor began earlier this month and ran on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings between 6pm and 10pm. Tickets start at $34.
