Weekend entertainment | Christian Rockers lead the concert program

Christian rock supergroup Watering crowns will bring its The Awakening Tour to the Covelli Center on Saturday for a 7 p.m. concert.

The show is almost sold out, there are only a few seats left. Also on the invoice MacPowell And Katy Nichole.

Casting Crowns has been Billboard’s best-selling Christian rock act since 2007. The award-winning group – Mark Hall, Melodee DeVevo, Brian Scoggin, Megan Garrett, Juan DeVevo, Chris Huffman and Josh Mix – originally began as a youth group worship band based in Florida.

The band’s hits include “Who Am I,” “Voice of Truth,” “Praise You in This Storm,” “Just Be Held” and “Only Jesus.” Tickets are available HERE and at the box office.

comedian Marlon Wayans will stop at Packard Music Hall in Warren on Friday, October 11th at 8 p.m. For tickets click HERE.

Average white band will return to the Robins Theater on Saturday for a 7 p.m. concert. It’s the farewell tour for the respected Scottish R&B jazz act, who last played the Robins in November. For tickets click HERE.

A return to the Robins is also possible Mickey Dolenz by The Monkeys. Dolenz will be on site on Tuesday, October 15th. He also played in the theater in 2023. For tickets click HERE.
